Terms and Conditions Michelle Veronique

The general terms and conditions apply to the client, hereinafter referred to as client and Michelle Veronique.

 

  1. General

 

1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, bookings, offers, deliveries and transactions between Michelle Veronique and her clients. Michelle Veronique is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 76327353.

1.2. The provisions of these general terms and conditions can only and only be deviated from if and insofar as this has been expressly agreed in writing.

1.3. The client accepts these general terms and conditions by reserving or booking a service from Michelle Veronique.

1.4. The client is expected to provide Michelle Veronique with all information necessary to carry out the assignment properly.

 

  1. Rates

 

2.1. All rates and prices specifically intended for private individuals include 9% and / or 21% VAT.

2.2. Michelle Veronique can be hired for a specific service where the rate applies to this service, or for a specific amount of hours. The hourly rate applies when booking by the hour. Michelle Veronique is in this case booked for a minimum of half or a full day. Half a day is based on 4 working hours and a whole day on 8 working hours.

2.3. The first hour exceeded in accordance with the contract will be booked as overtime and billed as the basic hourly rate. Any additional overtime will also be based on the standard hourly rate, but with an addition of 50%.

 

  1. Travel allowance

 

3.1. A kilometer allowance according to the ANWB route planner applies to all assignments at home or on location. Other costs such as parking costs are also at the expense of the client. Travel costs for work abroad are also fully for the account of the client, including any costs for overnight stays in a hotel, food and drinks unless otherwise agreed in writing by the client and Michelle Veronique.

 

  1. Realization of booking

 

4.1. There is a booking when the client accepts an offer from Michelle Veronique in writing.

4.2. Client acknowledges to have read and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Michelle Veronique before making a booking.

4.3. No rights can be derived from printing and spelling errors as well as from quotations older than 14 days.

 

  1. Payment / reservation of the assignment

 

5.1. Michelle Veronique mentions all prices visible on the website. 5.2. The reported prices include VAT. 5.3. The booking is only final when the full invoice amount has been paid. If the total invoice amount is not paid within 14 days after receipt of the invoice, the booking will be automatically canceled by Michelle Veronique.

5.4. The client must confirm or cancel the assignment in writing within 14 days after the trial session. After this period, he is deemed to agree with the assignment and the contents of the accompanying invoice.

5.5. All costs of collection in the event of default by the client, both extrajudicial and judicial, are at the expense of the client. These are set to a minimum according to the scale of the WIK.

 

  1. Liability

 

6.1. Michelle Veronique is not liable for damage caused by incorrect and / or incomplete information provided by the client.

6.2. Michelle Veronique is not liable for damage to personal belongings.

6.3. For recognized compensation, the client is only eligible for damage for which Michelle Veronique is insured and which is compensated by the insurer.

6.4. Michelle Veronique excludes any liability and rejects possible claims for damages, both direct and indirect, that arise from circumstances that are not due to the fault of Michelle Veronique and that are not reasonably due to Dutch law or the standards applicable in society. can be attributed to Michelle Veronique.

6.5. Michelle Veronique is not liable for damage that she or a supporting make-up artist / hairstylist accidentally causes to the client, unless there is intent or gross negligence. The client must take photos of this and report this in writing within 48 hours. In the event of intent or gross negligence, Michelle Veronique will look for a suitable solution with the client.

6.6. Client indemnifies Michelle Veronique and / or supporting make-up artist / hairstylist against claims in connection with damage caused to third parties by Michelle Veronique or the supporting make-up artist / hairstylist in the performance of the work for the client, unless there is intent or gross negligence of Michelle Veronique.

6.7. Michelle Veronique is not liable for an allergic reaction or inflammation caused by the use of brushes and / or make-up products.

6.8. Michelle Veronique is not liable for the loss of packages with products.

 

  1. Force Majeure Backup Service & Standby service

 

7.1. Michelle Veronique will show 100% commitment to meet the bridal care appointment. In case of force majeure, Michelle Veronique will make every effort to find a replacement of an equivalent level who can take over the assignment. However, this is not a guarantee. If Michelle Veronique has not been able to find a replacement stylist, the agreement will be partially or completely canceled.

7.2. Michelle Veronique is not obliged to fulfill any obligation towards the client if she is prevented from doing so as a result of a circumstance that is not attributable to fault, nor is it for her account by law, a legal act or generally accepted views. 7.3 In case of nuisance from Michelle Veronique herself, no costs can be recovered.

 

  1. Cancellation, termination and suspension of the Bridal Care Agreement

 

8.1. If the client cancels an agreement in whole or in part, the costs incurred by Michelle Veronique, including the payments to third parties, as a result of this cancellation will have to be fully reimbursed by the client.

8.2. If a booked bridal care assignment is canceled, the client owes the following cancellation costs: a) In case of cancellation from the 30th to the 14th day before the wedding date, the cancellation costs are 50% of the costs of the total assignment. b) In case of cancellation from the 7th day before the wedding date, the cancellation costs are 100% of the costs of the total assignment.

8.3. Michelle Veronique reserves the right to cancel a bridal care order if there is a dispute and both parties cannot reach an agreement.

 

  1. Meetings Michelle Veronique

 

9.1. The client must notify Michelle Veronique in writing that he is unable to attend a trial session as soon as possible, but no later than forty-eight hours prior to the appointment.

9.2 If the client does not or not timely fulfill this obligation, the client will have to make a new appointment. Michelle Veronique cannot guarantee that a new appointment is possible.

 

  1. Complaints about makeup artist / refusal

10.1. The condition for recognizing a complaint against Michelle Veronique is that the complaint must be well-founded and that the client submits the complaint, stating the reasons and proving it if necessary.

 

  1. Dispute settlement

11.1. Dutch law applies to all agreements arising from an assignment placed with Michelle Veronique.

 

  1. Damage and / or theft

12.1. Michelle Veronique has the right to claim compensation from the client if the client damages products or materials that are the property of Michelle Veronique.

12.2. Theft and excessive behavior will be reported to the police at all times.

 

  1. Privacy

13.1 Michelle Veronique handles personal data with care. It does everything it can to guarantee the reliability, security and integrity of the data it collects in accordance with the rules of the GDPR.

13.2 Michelle Veronique protects privacy in the following ways:

-) Personal information is not sold or passed on to third parties.

-) Data is securely stored in a non-publicly accessible database.

-) Photos and videos are only published after explicit written permission from the client.
